We are looking for a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.
1. Handle the Interview process.
2. Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
3. Advertise job openings on company's careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
4. Proven work experience as a IT & Non IT Technical Recruiter.
5. Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. Telephonic, F2F, Campus Drive)
6. Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
7. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
8. Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques.
9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
